NBA Odds: Magic Host Nets as Dwight Howard Sweepstakes Continue

The New Jersey Nets will have one last opportunity to convince Dwight Howard that he ought to continue pushing for a trade out of Florida this Friday, as the Brooklyn-bound franchise hits the road against Howard’s current Orlando Magic. An upset road win could convince the big man that the Nets are a factor on the NBA betting line.

So far this season the Nets have struggled. They’ve had their clocks cleaned twice already by the Magic and have just 500/1 odds of winning the NBA championship on Bovada’s basketball futures list. Sadly, they remain one of Howard’s primary pursuers.
