The New York Rangers and Washington Capitals have played every other about as equally as anyone might ask so far in their second-round series, but the similarity can’t last eternally. Following squeezing out of Game 5 with an overtime triumph, the Rangers will try to close the books on the Capitals on the whole in Game 6 and scale further up the NHL betting odds.
With contenders dipping off left, right and center this postseason, a bunch can be said of the Eastern Conference’s No. 1 seed if they handle to hold on into at least the Eastern Conference Finals. Although they’ll have residence ice benefit in Game 6, and are more than competent of forcing (and winning) a crucial Game 7, you can picture the Capitals will have to be at their greatest.
